HRAI and Skilled Trades Ontario Promote the HVACR Trades at “Level Up!” Career Fair

This week, HRAI represented the HVACR industry at the first-ever Skilled Trades Ontario (STO) “Level Up!” career fairs in Ottawa. STO has been tasked with addressing labour shortages in the skilled trades and through events like Level Up!, they aim to raise awareness of trades like those that make up the HVACR industry.  

During this multi-day career fair, HRAI and STO were able to connect HRAI members with more than 2,000 students in grades 7 to 12 to discuss the exciting opportunities for young people in the trades. 

HRAI would like to thank Vanessa Tallon of Vista Serves, Jeff Fata of Daikin Comfort Technologies, and Bruce Munro of Canadian Home Heating for volunteering to represent our industry.

HRAI is pleased to be partnering with STO to promote the HVACR trades at this event. We look forward to continuing to build a constructive relationship that will give a voice to the HVACR industry and support its future.
