2022 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STUDY
The Canadian Distributor Compensation & Benefits Survey is a bi-annual compensation survey of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI), Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) and Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH) distributor members. The Distributor Compensation & Benefits Report provides the cumulative results of all Canadian distributors that respond to the survey.
The goal of the 2022 Compensation Study/Report is to provide reliable, compensation-related benchmarks for Canadian distributors. In addition to receiving compensation results for 3 Canadian associations, an HRAI-specific column will allow users to compare themselves to the Canadian data and their peers.
The 2022 HRAI Compensation & Benefits Study is now open. Participate today to understand how your company's compensation levels and benefits practices compare to other Canadian employers.

While there is growing access to free compensation data on the internet, cobbling together pay insights from these sources isn’t a recipe for long-term success. It’s a time-consuming process that can be inconsistent and fragmented. Using a strong, industry-focused compensation survey as the foundation for your pay decisions will allow you to make fairer decisions and manage resources more wisely.
Gain a better understanding of compensation practices in our industry.
One of the most important issues facing employers today is ensuring that your employees are adequately compensated while at the same time avoiding spending excessive amounts on compensation. Your participation in this important survey project will addresses several issues including executive compensation, benefits, COVID-19 policies and more.
